Will I be an Architect or Senior Consultant by the end of this?

That depends on you. The goal is in 8 lessons you'll get the skills to accelerate your career by 3 years. If you're brand new, you'll need some more hands-on experience before you can truly see the benefit of the skills taught. If you're already an experienced maker, these skills will bump you to a Solutions Architect as it has for many others.

How much work/time does this take per week?

Yes but only if you're comfortable taking some of the beginner modules. Most of the participants have 2, 4 or 7+ years experience in the Power Platform. We will be covering architectural principals that will be hard to understand if you've never seen these tools. However, if you're comfortable with some extra learning, we've had beginners become very successful and on the "express path" to being an architect. In all honesty some beginners found some of the modules hard, but anyone who is "hungry" to learn these things and wants to make Power Platform their career, has no problem.
