Untethered 365

These Terms & Policies apply to all Untethered 365 programs, courses, memberships, and workshops, including the Architects Accelerator, self-paced courses, the Beyond membership, and any live or recorded workshops (collectively, the "Programs"). By enrolling in or purchasing any Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Access & Enrollment

When you enroll in or purchase a Program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the associated materials for the applicable access period. Access is tied to the individual enrolled and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. For cohort-based programs, portal access is typically provided the week before the cohort start date.

2. Copyright & Use of Materials

All Program content — including videos, live sessions, recordings, lessons, slides, templates, written materials, and supporting resources — is the exclusive property of Untethered 365 and is protected by copyright law.

By enrolling in any Program, you agree not to record, reproduce, or share any of the training materials, including videos, lessons, or written content, in any public format such as YouTube, blogs, or social media. All Program content is for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or repurposed without written permission.

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of Program materials constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil liability and damages.

3. Refund Policy

Programs are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day window begins on the date you receive access to the Program. To request a full refund, contact us at info@untethered365.com within this window. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window cannot be honored.

4. Cohort Transfers

Cohort transfers apply only to the Architects Accelerator. If you are unable to attend your enrolled cohort, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than one week before your current cohort ends. Transferring is a one-time option and results in the loss of access to your current cohort. Free extensions of access are not offered; continued access beyond your cohort is available only through enrollment in the Beyond program.

5. Changes to These Terms

Untethered 365 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in any Program constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
